Cornerstone Funding Inc. d/b/a Cornerstone Billing Solutions provides billing and payment processing services to life safety, security alarm and PERS dealers throughout the United States. AlarmPayments.com provides an online portal for subscribers to pay their security alarm and PERS invoices via credit card and EFT direct debit processing. Once we receive your request for payment, in most cases transactions will be processed within 2 days (credit card) or with 4-7 days (EFT debits).

Our Promise: As a trusted vendor to the life safety and security services industry, Cornerstone promises to maintain the highest possible standards to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of subscriber and customer data. Cornerstone will not disclose any information or data submitted by Users of this web site to any third party, without the User's prior permission, unless Cornerstone has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; or (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Cornerstone.

Credit Card & Bank Information: Subscriber data is used only to process the charges that have been authorized and is kept strictly confidential. By necessity, third parties are used to process and clear these payments; although all such parties Cornerstone works with have strict confidentiality provisions, Cornerstone cannot be held responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties which receive the information.

Credit Card Autopay and Opt-out: By electing to use your payment information for ongoing recurring billing, you are giving permission to store your account information. All account information is encrypted. Credit card rules require that a cardholder can opt-out of the recurring subscription being charged to their credit card. Use Update Autopay information to change or remove your credit card information.

Billing Agreement: Cornerstone’s customers are life safety, security alarm and PERS dealers who sign a billing agreement that contains strict confidentiality provisions - we specify that subscriber information will only be used for the processing tasks we’ve been asked to transact. Cornerstone has been handling such confidential information since 1999. During that time, we've handled billing for over several hundred thousand subscriber accounts.

Texts/Calls/Emails Opt-In Disclaimer and Opt-Out: Your life safety company has a direct business relationship with you either contractually or through providing a service. All texts and calls include the life safety company's name and phone number for you, their customer, to call with questions. To Opt-out of emails, calls, and texts (including service reminder texts), contact your life safety company with your request or reply Opt-Out to a text to stop further texts.
